La Finca Golf  3 Bedroom Villa.

 

Here we have a Spacious 3 bedroom Villa (sleeps 6) situated on the popular La Finca Golf resort near Algorfa on the Costa Blanca Spain.

The Villa is semi - detached with stunning views of the La Finca golf course and surrounding areas stretching as far as the eye can see.
It benefits from having a large private pool and expansive outside space. A Barbecue area, outdoor dining area, large outdoor space with seating, off road parking, UK Television, Wi-Fi Fibre Optic Internet throughout the Villa, Air Conditioning and all the luxuries you would imagine in a Villa of this standard. A truly beautiful Villa. For those you are taking a break but still need to check back on things at home a full internet connection is available for usage to the clients. The benefit of the Air-Con comes into its own during the summer months and can be a welcome respite from the 35ºC temperatures.

The accommodation consists of a double bed master bedroom which leads onto the upper balcony with fantastic views, master bedroom is with en-suite (shower, toilet and wash basin). Also two double bedrooms on the lower level with 2 single beds in one bedroom and a double bed in the final room.
A very well sized living space with a large kitchen with all appliances catered for. A large dining table with seating for 6 is also within the kitchen area. A main bathroom accommodated with a shower, toilet, and wash basin.

 

This particular property benefits from having gas central heating throughout also, this makes for a welcome addition during the cooler winter months (of which there are not many!).... an ideal base for golfers looking to use a few courses perhaps.

The property truly is one that will guarantee a great stay in itself. Resort facilities include a choice of bars, restaurants, supermarket & other retail outlets. For those who wish to venture further afield, it is situated 10 minutes from the award winning blue flag beaches of Guardamar Del Segura, close to the popular towns of Los Montesinos, San Miguel, Algorfa, Almoradi and Quesada and a short drive from Torrevieja providing a host of local & international restaurants, bars & various local & cultural amenities plus local fresh produce markets. The Villa also benefits from being only a few minutes from the motorway where you will be able to travel even further afield to popular locations such as Alicante or south to Cartagena (once Spain's largest fishing town). For a great day out visit the theme parks Terra Mitica, Terra Natura and Aqualandia (Seasonal).

BOOKING PROCESS - BOOKING REFERENCE: 00 SS 01

Choose your required dates within the booking calendar below, once your selection is made you will be directed to select how many guests will stay, other requirements (Travel Cot, Baby Highchair etc), you will then see the total cost of the stay, after this, fill out the client details, select continue AND select continue once again (2 times) and your booking is provisionally booked. After this, a member of our team will email you directly with the next steps to fully secure your booking.

Alternatively, click the 'enquire into'  button above which will redirect you to the booking form, fill this out and click send. Again, a member of the team will get back to you shortly with information on your enquiry request also to check that your desired dates are available, although it may not show on the calendar as being booked it is possible that it may have been recently taken. After checking availability, providing you with a total cost and receiving your confirmation that you wish to book the stated dates, you will receive an email which will contain all required information and how to pay, you will be required to pay a 25% reservation deposit of the complete booking fee immediately. Any balance is due no less than 6 weeks prior to your arrival in Spain. If your booking is less than 6 weeks before your arrival full payment must be sent. A damages deposit will also be required but this is to be discussed upon your booking enquiry. Your booking will only be confirmed once we have received your deposit payment (full payment if less than 6 weeks).

Check-in is from 4:00 pm ~ Check-out is no later than 10:30 am (please advise if you require an earlier check in or later check out - we will do our very best to accommodate you).
