We are a family run independent business located in Algorfa on the Costa Blanca in Spain, having relocated here some 14 years ago and been in the property sector for some of that time with other management/rental companies we decided to branch out into our own business 12 years ago, now we are one of the longest standing in the area.

 

The main reason for starting the business was simple.....we understood what is paramount and of most importance and this was the client. Having heard many a horror story and indeed having had to deal with them in our time at previous companies, we found that what we could offer would be a more thorough and competent attitude to business and indeed the client.

 

Our aim in business is to give total client satisfaction in whichever capacity it may be. Spanning from taking on the management and letting of a homeowners property through to a client which may have placed a booking on a property. With a thorough attitude and attention to the things that matter for all concerned, satisfaction truly is guaranteed.

As a holiday maker you may wish to have a break in a Villa/apartment, here at Costa Holiday Rentals we offer quality rentals at prices that will be hard to rival. All prices are for the Villa and not per person....the only added charge is for the cleaning of the property upon your departure. If there are any special request you would wish to make as a tenant prior to your arrival we will do our best to be able to assist you, or at the very least be able to point you in the correct direction.
