La Finca Golf New Build Modern 3 Bedroom House.
A beautiful and well presented luxury 3 bedroom house (sleeps 6) situated on the popular La Finca Golf resort near Algorfa on the Costa Blanca Spain.
The Villa is detached with great views of the surrounding areas, including the prestigious La Finca Golf Course and club house. Situated within one of the newly build 'communities' (Alameda Golf) it is a very modern property. The house also benefits from two large sun lounging terraces on the ground and first floor, off road parking should you wish to use it, UK Television, Wi-Fi Internet throughout the property, Air Conditioning in all bedrooms and living spaces via the ducted climate control and all the luxuries you would imagine in a house of this standard. The property also benefits from a private splash pool which is ideal for a cool down and of course the children. This can also be heated during the cooler months. For those you are taking a break but still need to check back on things at home a full internet connection is available for usage to the clients. The benefit of the Air-Con comes into its own during the summer months and can be a welcome respite from the 35ºC temperatures. At the same time, the pool is perfect for a dip when the sunbathing needs to have a rest.
The accommodation consists of a well sized open plan living space with a good-sized American style kitchen with all modern appliances. The dining area has a well sized table with seating for four. This leads to a comfortable seating area with a sofa, with views of the swimming pool through a full sized glass wall of sliding doors.
Also on the lower level is the 3rd bedroom this consists of a double bed with thick comfortable mattress. On the ground floor level there is also the guest bathroom consisting of Shower enclosure, washbasin and toilet. The 3rd Bedroom also benefits from sliding doors which open onto the pool garden area terrace. the 2nd bedroom is on the first floor of the house and consists of 2 x single beds. Moving from the 2nd bedroom onto the landing of the upper floor you will find the master bedroom fitted out with a large double bed. This has access to the well sized upper terrace via the sliding door. On the landing once again you will find access to the upper bathroom, again, this consists of a walk-in shower, toilet and wash Basin, this also has an access via the 2nd bedroom and a Jack & Jill access (lockable).
On the external lower terrace level is the pool area, although a small pool (4m x 2.5m approx) it is ideal for the kids to play or for the adults to cool down and relax in, as mentioned, this can also be heated during the cooler months for all year around usage.
Also in this area is the BBQ, outside lounging area and outside dining area with seating for 6 (to which all is covered from the sun when required with an automatic roller blind).
The house is perhaps a 2 minute walk to the local La Finca Golf commercial units with bars/restaurants/ and mini-market, With the bars and restaurants boasting some fantastic food and also entertainment.
The villa is also a 3 minute drive from the clubhouse where there is now a terrace restaurant and bar with fantastic views. Disregarding just the eating and drinking for a moment, lets not forget the fantastic golf on offer on your doorstep.....
This makes the property perfect all year round for all levels of interest from Family holidays, golfing breaks or indeed to get away from everything back home.

The nearest village is Algorfa and is typically Spanish should you wish to try some authentic tapas and sample the local wines. This area is well connected with a good infrastructure ensuring that the beautiful beaches of Guardamar del Segura are only 15 minute drive from the resort and Alicante airport is around 30 minutes away.
For those who wish to venture further afield, it is situated close to the popular towns of Los Montesinos, San Miguel, Almoradi and Quesada and a short drive from Torrevieja providing a host of local & international restaurants, bars & various local & cultural amenities plus local fresh produce markets. The Villa also benefits from being only a few minutes from the motorway where you will be able to travel even further afield to popular locations such as Alicante or south to Cartegena (once Spain's largest fishing town). For a great day out visit the theme parks Terra Mitica, Terra Natura and Aqualandia (Seasonal).
The house is perhaps a 4 minute drive from the hotel where there is a Spa, Gym, restaurant and lounge suite.

Choose your required dates within the booking calendar below, once your selection is made you will be directed to select how many guests will stay, other requirements (Travel Cot, Baby Highchair etc), you will then see the total cost of the stay, after this, fill out the client details, select continue AND select continue once again (2 times) and your booking is provisionally booked. After this, a member of our team will email you directly with the next steps to fully secure your booking.

Alternatively, click the 'enquire into' button above which will redirect you to the booking form, fill this out and click send. Again, a member of the team will get back to you shortly with information on your enquiry request also to check that your desired dates are available, although it may not show on the calendar as being booked it is possible that it may have been recently taken. After checking availability, providing you with a total cost and receiving your confirmation that you wish to book the stated dates, you will receive an email which will contain all required information and how to pay, you will be required to pay a 25% reservation deposit of the complete booking fee immediately. Any balance is due no less than 6 weeks prior to your arrival in Spain. If your booking is less than 6 weeks before your arrival full payment must be sent. A damages deposit will also be required but this is to be discussed upon your booking enquiry. Your booking will only be confirmed once we have received your deposit payment (full payment if less than 6 weeks).
