For those you are taking a break but still need to check back on things at home a full internet connection is available for usage to the clients. The benefit of the Air-Con comes into its own during the summer months and can be a welcome respite from the 35ºC temperatures. 

In contrast to the air conditioning the villa also benefits from Gas Central Heating throughout, perfect for winter bookings when the days, more so the evenings are cooler with a chill in the air.

This particular property also has the comfort of a heated pool. This means that the pool is fit for use at any time of the year, summer or winter. The pool heater can be activated for the clients at their request but will come with a supplemental charge of 50.00 Euros per week.

Also benefiting the rear space is a Spa which is available through the cooler winter months - not in use during the summer period.

The accommodation consists of a double bed master bedroom which leads onto the upper balcony, master bedroom is with en-suite (shower, toilet and wash basin). Also two double bedrooms with 1 x double bed in one and 2 single beds in the other - both Air Conditioned. A large living space with a good sized kitchen with all appliances catered for. For those who wish to venture further afield, it is situated 10 minutes from the award winning white flag beaches of Guardamar Del Segura, close to the popular towns of Los Montesinos, San Miguel, Algorfa, Almoradi and Quesada and a short drive from Torrevieja providing a host of local & international restaurants, bars & various local & cultural amenities plus local fresh produce markets. The Villa also benefits from being only a few minutes from the motorway where you will be able to travel even further afield to popular locations such as Alicante or south to Cartegena (once Spains largest fishing town).
