Coming back down from the upper terrace is the front entrance door which leads you in into the apartment.

Inside the apartment the bedrooms are equipped with a large double bed in the master bedroom and 2 x Single in the second bedroom. The lounge and dining area has Television and with ample seating for all guests, this will ensure a perfect break that is taken on when booking the apartment. The lounge and dining area also benefit from front and back balcony areas to catch the sun anytime of day, the lounge balcony in particular has a fantastic view of the surrounding orange groves and the near-by focal point of Mt Escotera offers an amazing picturesque scene. A light and airy feel to the property throughout, the apartment also benefits from having WiFi Internet throughout the property. There is a dining area with seating for 4 people. The kitchen is well equipped with all the items you would expect at home.

Plenty of thought has been put into the apartment and it does tick the boxes for a great stay with a modern feel and some fantastic touches from the owner. The apartment benefits from Air-Conditioning and this gives a well needed break from the 35ºC+ temperatures during the summer months.

For those who wish to venture further afield, it is situated 15 minutes from the award winning white flag beaches of Guardamar Del Segura, close to the popular towns of Los Montesinos, San Miguel de Salinas, Almoradi, Quesada and a short drive from Torrevieja providing a host of local & international restaurants, bars & various local & cultural amenities plus local fresh produce markets. The Apartment also benefits from being only a few minutes from the motorway where you will be able to travel even further afield to popular locations such as Alicante or south to Cartegena (once Spains largest fishing town).
