Montemar 2 Bedroom Apartment, Algorfa.


This is a well presented 2 bedroom lower apartment situated on the 'Montemar' urbanizacion near Algorfa on the Costa Blanca Spain.

This apartment is situated in a quiet ring road within the Montemar urb with not a great deal of through traffic. This property is situated a short walk from La Finca Golf Resort and a short drive into Algorfa Village. 
It benefits from having a nice gated and secure communal pool area shared between approximately 25 properties which is a 20 second walk away from the front door. The apartment has the benefit of UK Television and Wi-Fi Internet for those who like to keep up to speed back home. A very tidy apartment and a good base ideally suited for small families who will be spending time exploring the area or even relaxing by the pool.

The accommodation consists of a double bed master bedroom and also 1 x twin bedroom with 2 single beds within. 


A nice sized living space with comfortable seating for 4 or 5 in the lounge area and towards the kitchenette is the dining area with seating. Through to the kitchenette, a small area consisting of the essential appliances catered for including an oven and hob incase a night or two staying in is needed.

 

Between the bedrooms, which are situated off of the lounge is the  bathroom with bath with shower, wash basin and W/C. 

The master bedroom also has a television within.

Leading back out from the lounge and on through the front entrance door is the front garden and courtyard, there is an external table and chairs with seating for 4 people on the lounge terrace (ideal for getting some morning sun with your breakfast) which then leads down to the artificial grassed relaxation area where you will find a nice comfortable seating area, and a day bed/lounger set with sun parasols.

This area also houses the BBQ and is an ideal area, day or night for relaxing with some food and drink enjoying the weather.

Another worthwhile point to note is that the owner has 2 x Mountain Bikes which they have offered to guests to use as they wish.

Nearby La Finca Golf Resort facilities include a choice of bars, restaurants, supermarket & other retail outlets. For those who wish to venture further afield, it is situated 10 minutes from the award winning white flag beaches of Guardamar Del Segura, close to the popular towns of Los Montesinos, San Miguel, Algorfa, Almoradi and Quesada and a short drive from Torrevieja providing a host of local & international restaurants, bars & various local & cultural amenities plus local fresh produce markets. The Villa also benefits from being only a few minutes from the motorway where you will be able to travel even further afield to popular locations such as Alicante or south to Cartegena (once Spains largest fishing town). For a great day out visit the theme parks Terra Mitica, Terra Natura and Aqualandia (Seasonal).

Choose your required dates within the booking calendar below, once your selection is made you will be directed to select how many guests will stay, other requirements (Travel Cot, Baby Highchair etc), you will then see the total cost of the stay, after this, fill out the client details, select continue AND select continue once again (2 times) and your booking is provisionally booked. After this, a member of our team will email you directly with the next steps to fully secure your booking.

Alternatively, click the 'enquire into'  button above which will redirect you to the booking form, fill this out and click send. Again, a member of the team will get back to you shortly with information on your enquiry request also to check that your desired dates are available, although it may not show on the calendar as being booked it is possible that it may have been recently taken. After checking availability, providing you with a total cost and receiving your confirmation that you wish to book the stated dates, you will receive an email which will contain all required information and how to pay, you will be required to pay a 25% reservation deposit of the complete booking fee immediately. Any balance is due no less than 6 weeks prior to your arrival in Spain. If your booking is less than 6 weeks before your arrival full payment must be sent. A damages deposit will also be required but this is to be discussed upon your booking enquiry. Your booking will only be confirmed once we have received your deposit payment (full payment if less than 6 weeks).

Check-in is from 4:00 pm ~ Check-out is no later than 10:30 am (please advise if you require an earlier check in or later check out - we will do our very best to accommodate you).
