Here we have a Large luxury 3 bedroom Detached Villa (sleeps 6) situated on the popular La Finca Golf resort near Algorfa on the Costa Blanca Spain.

The Villa really does not want for anything. It is situated in a prime, slightly elevated location with fantastic views of the golf course and surrounding areas. It has Air Conditioning in the lounge and all bedrooms, the property benefits from a well sized rear garden area which accommodates various seating and eating areas as well as a very well sized pool (9m x 4m) - with shallow and segregated kids pool.

A well sized charcoal BBQ and plenty of shaded areas and sun parasols make for a very enjoyable experience be it dining, relaxing or playing in the sun taking in the fantastic surroundings.

There are various outdoor eating and relaxing areas at the villa, an upper terrace (leading from the master bedroom) with a relaxing area and amazing views, a small terrace leading from the dining area and then a glazed seating area from another door leading from the dining area. The glass curtains retract fully to allow a nice through breeze and all areas that need some shade and shelter from the sun have it in the way of retractable awnings on the windows, sun parasols or various sizes on terraces etc. A very well thought out property.

Inside the Villa the master bedroom is accessed via the internal staircase and benefits from an en-suite bathroom also, this is fitted with TV and DVD facilities. The remaining bedrooms are on the lower level and consist of a double bed in the second bedroom and 2 x single beds in the final bedroom, in each bedroom you will find TVs and Air conditioning with fitted wardrobes also.

The lounge and dining area is well sized and has UK Television and  a DVD player for those looking to get away from the sun for a while. The property also has WiFi FibreOptic internet available for the guests. Leading from the lounge is the dining area with seating for 4 guests, this then leads on to the kitchen area which is very well equipped and as you would imagine, wants for nothing.

Also on the ground floor is the main bathroom and also a WC.

This villa has the added benefit of having full gas central heating (if and when its needed) - ideal to take the winter chill from the villa and great for a winter break away yet still benefiting from getting the full winter sun thanks to the villas situation.

The villa is perfect for those looking to get away from it all for a well deserved break and at the same time in great surroundings and fantastic views.

Within a short walk there is a varied choice of bars, restaurants, supermarket, ATMs & other retail outlets.

For those who wish to venture further afield, it is situated 15 minutes from the award winning Blue flag beaches of Guardamar Del Segura, close to the popular towns of Los Montesinos, San Miguel de Salinas, Almoradi, Quesada and a short drive from Torrevieja providing a host of local & international restaurants, bars & various local & cultural amenities plus local fresh produce markets.

The Villa also benefits from being only a few minutes from the motorway where you will be able to travel even further afield to popular locations such as Alicante or south to Cartagena (once Spains largest fishing town).
