Ultra Modern La Finca Golf Luxury 5 Bedroom Villa.

Here we have a brand new, modern villa sleeping 10 guests on the La Finca Golf course and resort.

 

The villa, recently completed, is situated on a corner plot looking out toward the fields and orange groves surrounding La Finca Golf.

​

Situated within its own grounds, the villa has offroad car parking via the electrically operated sliding gate (parking suitable for 1 car).

 

It is fully air conditioned/Climate controlled throughout (lounge, dining room, all bedrooms, basement etc) for the hot summer months thanks to its fully integrated ducted air conditioning system. This can also be set for warm air circulation during the slightly cooler months in spain.

The villa itself has 4 levels. The ground floor consists of the lounge, dining area, kitchen, and 1 double bedroom with en-suite.

 

The 1st Floor has a landing with 2 double bedrooms situated off of it. These bedrooms both have en-suite showers and also lead out on to the 1st floor terrace which overlooks the pool and paved garden area where you will find lounge seating.

Going up to the final 2nd floor, you will find access to the large roof solarium which has suitable loungers and seating to enjoy the sun and views.

Moving bank down through the house you will pass the ground floor into the basement area which is large and offers 2 more double bedrooms having a shared shower room and W/C.

Also on the basement level you will find the games area and Bar which offers a pool table, television with seating and bar stools.

The kitchen area is open plan and very well equipped with all of the items you would expect from a villa of this standard. This leads to the internal dining area which has comfortable seating for 8 - 10 people. Next dining area is the Lounge, this is equipped with a Sofa area and a 4K TV and WiFi.

Within the dining/Lounge area, you can open the sliding patio doors which lead out onto a large terrace area with the swimming pool situated to the left side of the outdoor area, there is also an outside dining area with a table and ample seating. Tucked away in the corner of the outside space is an artificially grassed area with seating.

In the garden and pool area where you will find plenty of tiled space, Sun Loungers, a table with comfortable chairs for relaxing on, and various plants and Palms, finally, last but by no means least, the swimming pool. The pool is well sized and again, is a great asset during the hot months. Approx 7m long and 3m wide. Great for a cool down, or to play with the kids in ideal all around.

With the large sliding doors within the villa it makes for an open feel to the property in all aspects.

The villa has ample off road parking for your vehicle also.

In summary of the villa, it truly is a great villa, Whatever you are looking for from your holiday, this will be a fantastic complement to it.

The villa has the benefit of being only a few minutes walk from the local amenities on the resort with a great choice of bars and restaurants. It is also a minimal 3 - 4 minute drive from the clubhouse and also the hotel where there is a Spa, Gym, restaurant and lounge suite. A choice of bars and restaurants 5 mins walk away and the white sandy beaches 10 - 15 minutes away by car. The beaches have 30 km of white sand to relax on and enjoy the sun or take a swim in the clear blue Mediterranean sea. The area boasts in excess of eight 18 hole golf courses within a 20 minute drive of the villa. This, with one right on your doorstep is bound to make a great holiday for all of the family or for the golfing trip abroad.

*All Prices shown are subject to an additional cleaning fee of 130.00 € per booking base rate plus 12.50 € per person for bedding and towels.

Choose your required dates within the booking calendar below, once your selection is made you will be directed to select how many guests will stay, other requirements (Travel Cot, Baby Highchair etc), you will then see the total cost of the stay, after this, fill out the client details, select continue AND select continue once again (2 times) and your booking is provisionally booked. After this, a member of our team will email you directly with the next steps to fully secure your booking.

Alternatively, click the 'enquire into'  button above which will redirect you to the booking form, fill this out and click send. Again, a member of the team will get back to you shortly with information on your enquiry request also to check that your desired dates are available, although it may not show on the calendar as being booked it is possible that it may have been recently taken. After checking availability, providing you with a total cost and receiving your confirmation that you wish to book the stated dates, you will receive an email which will contain all required information and how to pay, you will be required to pay a 25% reservation deposit of the complete booking fee immediately. Any balance is due no less than 6 weeks prior to your arrival in Spain. If your booking is less than 6 weeks before your arrival full payment must be sent. A damages deposit will also be required but this is to be discussed upon your booking enquiry. Your booking will only be confirmed once we have received your deposit payment (full payment if less than 6 weeks).

Check-in is from 4:00 pm ~ Check-out is no later than 10:30 am (please advise if you require an earlier check in or later check out - we will do our very best to accommodate you).
